Nixo Rokish from the Ethereum Foundation indicated developers are feeling exhausted due to issues with previous testnets. There have been delays that are not reflective of what to expect on the mainnet.
The Pectra upgrade is scheduled to roll out on Hoodi on March 26, and if successful, it could launch on the mainnet as early as April 25.
