Gelex Electric (GEE) announced a 20% cash dividend payment for 2024, equating to 2,000 VND per share, with a cutoff date for shareholders set for April 24, 2025. The total payout will be 610 billion VND across 305 million shares, with parent company GELEX (GEX) holding around 240 million shares, entitling them to approximately 480 billion VND. In 2024, GEE reported a revenue of 21,130 billion VND, a 27.2% increase, and a pre-tax profit of 2,153 billion VND, a striking 122.6% increase. For 2025, revenue is targeted at 22,282 billion VND and pre-tax profit at 1,686 billion VND. The company plans to issue an additional 61 million shares to boost its capital at a ratio of 5:1, expected between Q2 and Q3 of 2025. On the stock market, GEE shares experienced a second consecutive limit-up session, closing at 70,100 VND per share, up 133% year-to-date.
