The Board of Directors of PTE has approved a resolution to extend the time for holding the annual general meeting (AGM) in 2025. This decision is made to ensure all necessary legal procedures and requirements are met, as well as to facilitate the preparation and organization of the AGM. The new date for the AGM will be determined and announced when the conditions are suitable.
