REE Corporation has convened a Board of Directors meeting to consider and approve the appointment of two key positions in the leadership team. According to the resolution, Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Thanh will assume the role of Chairman of the Board, while Mr. Ashok Ramachandran will serve as CEO, effective April 9, 2025. This decision aims to strengthen the leadership team and promote sustainable development for REE in the face of challenging economic conditions.
