Major shareholder Mrs. Cao Thi Thu Thuy, who owned 1 million shares of TSD company, has announced the sale of 12,700 shares. The transaction took place on October 5, 2023. After the transaction, the number of shares Ms. Thuy holds decreased to 987,300 TSD shares. This sale does not significantly affect the voting rights or the shareholder structure of the company. Currently, TSD is executing plans to expand production scale and access new markets.
