Novaland, the company with stock code NVL, is in the restructuring process and plans to recruit 1,092 new positions in 2025. Currently, the company’s total staff stands at 1,093, having successfully hired 629 employees from 12,000 applicants. However, the company predicts revenues for 2025 ranging from 10.453 trillion to 13.411 trillion VND, with potential losses ranging from 12 billion to 688 billion VND, depending on legal resolution progress. Additionally, two senior executives, Nguyen My Hanh and Ng Teck Yow, have submitted their resignations to align with the company’s new direction. The upcoming shareholders’ meeting will approve the election of new board members and adjustments to some share issuance plans. Currently, NVL’s stock price is at 9,100 VND.
