Taseco Land (TAL) has announced its preparation for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for April 21, 2025, in Hanoi. The business plan for 2025 aims for a consolidated revenue of VND 4.332 trillion, a 157% increase, but an expected 22% decrease in post-tax profit, down to VND 536 billion. In 2024, Taseco Land reported a revenue of VND 1.684 trillion, a 48% decline compared to the previous year, yet exceeded profit goals with VND 685 billion. The company plans to launch six major projects, mainly in Hanoi and other provinces, totaling thousands of billions in investment. Additionally, Taseco Land intends to expand into education and healthcare sectors. The upcoming AGM will also discuss transferring TAL shares from UPCoM to HoSE, alongside plans to establish Taseco Hai Phong Industrial Park with a charter capital of VND 300 billion.
