VAF announces the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 2025, scheduled for April 30, 2025. Meeting documents have been distributed to all shareholders for review prior to the meeting date. Shareholders can participate in person or grant proxies to vote on key issues. During the meeting, the Board of Directors will report on the company’s performance and business results for 2024, as well as the operational plan for 2025. Additionally, the election of new members to the Board of Directors will be on the agenda. VAF hopes for a strong turnout from shareholders to collaboratively build a more successful company.
