PGN Investment Joint Stock Company (PGC) announces that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) 2025 will take place at 9:00 AM on June 15, 2025. The meeting will be held at the company’s headquarters: 3rd floor, No. 18 Ngo Quyen, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi. The agenda includes a report on the results of 2024 operations, a business plan for 2025, profit distribution plans, the selection of auditing firms, and other matters within shareholders’ authority. PGC will send the accompanying documents along with the meeting invitation to shareholders 5 days before the event.
