VHC Joint Stock Company respectfully announces to shareholders about the organization of the 2025 Annual General Meeting. The meeting will take place at 9:00 AM on April 15, 2025, at the company’s headquarters. Shareholders are kindly requested to review and prepare to attend, and also to consult the accompanying documents sent to understand the contents of the meeting. The documents include financial reports, 2024 operational reports, and the business plan for 2025.
In addition to discussing these issues, the meeting will elect members of the Board of Directors, and the group will invite shareholders to contribute their opinions on important decisions. We hope to receive the presence and active participation of all shareholders to make wise decisions, promoting sustainable development of the company in the upcoming time.
