Nam A Bank targets profits of 5 trillion VND, dividends of 25%, and an increase in charter capital to over 18 trillion VND this year

Nam A Bank has set business targets for 2025 including a pre-tax profit of 5 trillion VND and a credit growth of 16%. The bank intends to raise its charter capital from 13.725 trillion VND to over 18 trillion VND by issuing shares to employees (ESOP) and distributing dividends of 25% with over 343 million shares. To attract domestic and foreign investment, Nam A Bank will issue up to 2 trillion VND in convertible bonds and expand its business network internationally. The 2024 business results recorded a profit of 4.545 trillion VND and total assets of 266 trillion VND, demonstrating the bank’s sustainable development capability. Fitch Ratings has rated Nam A Bank at “B+” with a stable outlook. The bank has also attracted attention from numerous ETFs both domestically and internationally.
