Mr. Do Anh Tuan and a series of shareholders are expected to transfer more than 53% of SCG’s capital to Sunshine Group, planning profits nearly 4 times in 2024

At the 2025 annual general meeting of SCG, the plan to approve Sunshine Group to acquire more than 53% of SCG’s shares from 13 shareholders, becoming the parent company, will be presented. Mr. Do Anh Tuan will sell 16.9 million shares (19.88% of SCG’s capital) valued at over 1,250 billion VND. After the transaction, Sunshine will own 67.8% of SCG’s capital. SCG plans to achieve a revenue of 12,000 billion VND in 2025, 3.9 times that of 2024, and similar profit before tax. The company has been successful in launching large projects and is expected to continue investing in potential projects in 2025.
