On October 17, Kinh Đô Real Estate Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (KDH) announced that Vietnam Ventures Limited had completed the transaction selling 7,350,517 shares of KDH. This transaction took place amid many fluctuations in the real estate market and increasing investment demand.
