The resolution of the annual general meeting of shareholders for LM7 in 2025 was approved during the meeting held on March 20, 2025. The meeting considered and voted on important issues such as the 2024 financial statements, the projected business plan for 2025, and the dividend distribution plan for the 2024 fiscal year. The company proposed a revenue target of 500 billion VND and a pre-tax profit of 50 billion VND for 2025. To encourage shareholders, the board of directors approved a dividend rate of 15%. Additionally, the meeting elected new members to the board of directors and the supervisory board. Shareholders unanimously entrusted the management board with implementing strategies for market expansion and investment in new technologies. Finally, the shareholders’ meeting reaffirmed the company’s commitment to enhancing shareholder value and sustainable development.
