This resolution outlines clear principles for the amount of shares that each individual may receive. Additionally, the BOD has established the timeline for implementing the ESOP program and identified a specific list of employees participating. The ESOP program is intended to encourage employees’ loyalty to the company while also providing them the opportunity to own shares in UIC.
