TNG Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company (stock code: TNG) has announced that Ms. Luong Thi Thuy Ha has resigned from her position as a member of the Board of Directors for the 2021-2026 term for personal reasons, effective from April 1. Born in 1969 and a Bachelor of Accounting, Ms. Ha joined TNG’s executive board in January 2018 and was elected to the Board in June 2021. By April 2023, she was appointed Vice Chairman of the Board and currently serves as Deputy General Director. She currently holds 0.66% of TNG shares. Her resignation will be considered at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2025, scheduled for April 20, 2025, which will also include discussions on the business results for 2024 and plans for 2025, election of board members, and dividend proposals. TNG reported a record revenue of 7,736 billion VND in 2024, a 9% increase from the previous year, with net profit reaching 315 billion VND, a 44% increase, exceeding the profit target by 2%.
