Mr. Tran Huy Thieu, a member of the Board of Directors of Tien Giang General Trading Joint Stock Company (TTA), has sold 560,500 shares of TTA. This transaction took place between June 19 and June 28, 2023. The share sale aims to manage Mr. Thieu’s investment portfolio and adjust his shareholding ratio in the company. Following the transaction, Mr. Tran Huy Thieu’s remaining shares have decreased substantially, yet he continues to hold an important role within the TTA Board of Directors. The company specializes in general trading and is currently implementing several new projects to expand its business activities.
