PHS: Funding Usage Progress Report

This report provides an overview of the funding usage progress in the PHS project. As of now, 60% of the allocated funds are used for project activities, detailed as follows: 30% for infrastructure, 20% for equipment, and 10% for human resource training. Working groups have achieved positive results in implementing key components, but faced challenges such as delays in construction permits. To address this, the project management team has actively contacted authorities to expedite the permit process. It is projected that, barring unforeseen obstacles, the entire spending plan will be completed on schedule by the end of the second quarter next year. In summary, the current funding usage progress is very positive, and subsequent activities will be carried out as planned.
