On March 14, Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation announced the appointment of Dang Nguyen Nam Anh, son of Chairman Dang Thanh Tam, as Vice President in charge of project development. Nam Anh will directly oversee and coordinate key strategic projects. The Executive Board now consists of 5 members. Nam Anh, one of Mr. Tam’s six children, does not own shares in KBC. He attended a signing ceremony with the Trump Organization in New York. His sister, Dang Nguyen Quynh Anh, has been on the Board since 2022 and owns 13.3 million KBC shares. Regarding business performance, in 2024, Kinh Bac recorded revenue of 2.776 trillion VND, a 50.6% decrease compared to the previous year; net profit fell by 79.5%. Shareholders just approved a revenue plan of 10 trillion VND and a profit of 3.2 trillion VND for 2025.
