Company owning one of the most expensive projects in Hanoi buys nearly 30% of a nearly 35 trillion project in Dong Anh

On March 12, the Hanoi People’s Committee allowed the Vietnam Exhibition Center JSC (VEF), a subsidiary of Vingroup, to transfer part of the Vinhomes Co Loa project in Dong Anh to T&T New Era JSC. The project covers a total area of 261.46 hectares, with a total investment of nearly 34.879 trillion VND, expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2025. VEF will transfer 75 hectares, including land for housing construction and public land, valued at approximately 30.360 trillion VND. T&T, established in 2006, has previously faced delays in its projects. The Grand Hanoi project, one of the most expensive apartments in Hanoi, is managed by The Ritz Carlton and prices can reach up to 138.45 billion VND per apartment, with market prices increasing by 20-30%.
