Mr. Ton Duc Tung, Deputy General Director and Member of the Board of Directors of De Ca Traffic Construction Investment Joint Stock Company (DGT), has registered to sell 110,500 shares (CP) of the company. This is being done to restructure his personal investment portfolio. The transaction is expected to take place from October 15, 2023, to November 15, 2023. The amount of stock to be traded accounts for about 0.45% of DGT’s total outstanding shares. Previously, Ton Duc Tung held 1,070,000 shares, so after this transaction, his remaining shares will decrease to 959,500 shares.
