Viet Nam Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (VLF) announced that it has received the resignation letter from Mr. Trần Thịnh Vượng, a member of the Supervisory Board. In the letter, Mr. Vượng cited personal reasons that prevent him from continuing in this role. VLF management has acknowledged and accepted his resignation, expressing gratitude for Mr. Vượng’s contributions to the company during his tenure. The company will proceed with necessary procedures to find a new member for the Supervisory Board to ensure the company’s operations remain stable.
