The Board of Directors (BOD) of DNP has approved a resolution to organize the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in 2025, scheduled for April 2025. The AGM aims to report on the business results of 2024, outline development plans for 2025, and discuss significant issues related to the company’s operations. The BOD will also propose profit distribution methods, dividends, and updates on market conditions, investments, and DNP’s long-term development strategy. Shareholders will be invited to participate and contribute opinions on these matters.
