Vingroup has announced an environmental impact assessment for the Green City urban functional area project in Dan Phuong, Hanoi, with a total investment of 22.666 trillion VND. The project, approved in June 2017, is set to be implemented from July 2024 to June 2030 and will officially operate from January 2021. Green City spans 125.7 hectares and includes low-rise and high-rise housing areas, as well as shophouses with construction densities ranging from 40% to 75%. Specifically, plot HH2e will feature 6 buildings of 35 floors, while plot HH4 will have 6 towers between 28 and 35 floors. Vingroup also announced the establishment of a subsidiary, VinSC, focused on smart urban application research and development, with 99% of the capital owned by Vingroup.
