Tracodi Construction Corporation (TCD) announced that Mr. Nguyễn Văn Bắc, Deputy CEO and Board Member, has registered to sell 200,000 shares from March 6 to April 4. After the transaction, his ownership will drop from 0.27% to 0.21% of the charter capital. This move comes after Vice Chairwoman Huỳnh Thị Kim Tuyến was prosecuted in connection with legal issues. Previously, Bamboo Capital, TCD’s parent company, also reported the prosecution of founder and former Chairman Nguyễn Hồ Nam. Despite the negative events, the company asserts that its business operations continue normally. TCD’s stock plummeted to the floor price, and if successful in selling the shares, Mr. Bắc could earn about 800 million VND.
