Zak Coyne, aged 24, operated LabHost, a phishing service allowing fraudsters to create counterfeit websites for deceiving victims, earning over 132 million USD globally.
The British Crown Prosecution Service reported Coyne received around 230,000 USD in cryptocurrency, which he laundered through various wallets.
LabHost attracted cybercriminals from 91 countries defrauding over one million individuals. The significant operation was dismantled after Coyne’s arrest in April 2024.
