FECON has signed a comprehensive Memorandum of Understanding with PowerChina, a corporation experienced in constructing 3,000 km of high-speed and urban rail. The ceremony takes place amid Vietnam’s government boosting investments in modern infrastructure. The collaboration focuses on urban rail, land reclamation, ports, logistics, and renewable energy projects in Vietnam. Pham Viet Khoa, FECON’s Chairman, emphasized that this MOU marks a significant step for the country’s key projects. PowerChina expressed confidence in FECON’s capabilities as a leading Vietnamese enterprise in foundations and infrastructure. This partnership enhances both parties’ competitiveness and contributes to realizing the vision of synchronized infrastructure development nationwide, aiming to establish FECON as a top construction and infrastructure development group in Vietnam by 2030.
