FECON establishes comprehensive cooperation with a group that has built 3,000 km of high-speed rail and urban rail in China and many countries

FECON and PowerChina have signed a memorandum of understanding to collaborate in key strategic infrastructure areas, particularly in urban rail, high-speed rail construction, and energy projects in Vietnam. The event occurs amid the Vietnamese government’s push for significant investment in modern infrastructure, aiming for sustainability and achieving a zero-carbon goal by 2050. Pham Viet Khoa, Chairman of FECON, emphasized that this agreement solidifies the partnership with PowerChina and aids the effective implementation of major national projects in Vietnam. PowerChina, with experience in building 3,000 km of high-speed and urban rail, commits to bringing advanced technology to Vietnam, while FECON plays a crucial local role. Both parties aim to enhance their competitive positions and realize the vision of cohesive infrastructure development, driving economic growth.
