Mr. Bui Thanh Nhon, Chairman of Novaland Group (NVL), asserts that 2025 will be a pivotal year in the company’s restructuring process. Despite challenges posed by global economic fluctuations, he believes Novaland can rebound. The company forecasts revenue for 2025 between 10.453 trillion to 13.411 trillion VND, with potential losses ranging from 12 billion to 688 billion VND. In 2024, Novaland plans to issue up to 350 million shares for investors to raise funds for restructuring and project development.
Moving forward, Novaland anticipates handing over three major commercial projects, starting with Victoria Village – a high-end complex in Thu Duc, which will provide over 1,000 apartments by Q4 2023. Next is The Grand Manhattan & Soho Residence in District 1, expected to deliver in 2025 with prices around 5,000 USD/m2. Additionally, in 2026, Novaland aims to complete the Aqua City Phoenix Island project in Dong Nai, which is significantly large.
