An Additional 100 Billion VND Submitted by the Family of the Former Chairman of FLC to Remedy Consequences

The family of Mr. Trinh Van Quyet – former Chairman of FLC Group has transferred an additional 100 billion VND to the account of the Hanoi Civil Enforcement Department, bringing the total amount for remedying consequences to approximately 1.073 trillion VND. This amount is currently managed by the Civil Enforcement Department for future execution work. Previously, on March 25, the appellate trial for Mr. Quyet was postponed to ensure victims’ rights and allow his family time for remedy. Mr. Quyet is currently undergoing treatment and has requested to postpone the trial. His lawyer indicated that Mr. Quyet and his two sisters have compensated 133 victims, with his sisters paying 86.6 billion and 254.3 billion VND respectively. FLC Group has committed to remedy the total 2.4 trillion VND by May.
