The Board decided on the time, venue, and specific content of the General Meeting. The AGM is scheduled to be held on April 15, 2025. The company will provide specific announcements regarding the venue and the topics to be discussed at the meeting in due course. The aim of the meeting is to evaluate business activities in 2024 and to pass important decisions concerning the financial plan and development strategy for 2025. Additionally, if necessary, the meeting will also elect new members of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board.
