FPT Telecom JSC (FOX) has announced a cash dividend of 3,000 VND per share for the second installment of 2024, with the shareholder registry closing on April 28, 2025, and payment scheduled for June 6. Previously, the company announced an interim dividend of 2,000 VND per share, totaling 2.5 trillion VND across both distributions. In addition to cash dividends, FOX plans to issue bonus shares at a 50% rate, meaning for every 10 shares held, shareholders will receive 5 new shares, aiming to increase its charter capital from 4.925 trillion VND to nearly 7.388 trillion VND. For 2025, FPT Telecom targets a revenue of 19.9 trillion VND and a pre-tax profit of 4.2 trillion VND. The company will also invest 3.84 trillion VND in infrastructure development, including key projects like the District 9 Data Center and sea cable lines. As of April 14, FOX shares were trading at 91,500 VND each, positioning FPT Telecom as one of the largest telecom companies on the stock exchange.
