Viettel Construction’s Annual General Meeting: Profit target increase of 7.4%, plans to participate in high-speed rail and airport projects

During the 2025 Annual General Meeting, Viettel Construction (CTR) set a revenue target of 13,968 billion VND, a 10.3% increase from 2024, and a pre-tax profit growth of 7.4% to 721.4 billion VND. The company aims to achieve revenue of 25,000-30,000 billion VND by 2030, with profits exceeding 1,000 billion VND. Viettel Construction will continue to strengthen its leading position in operational management and expand internationally. Its construction plans aim to create sustainable, smart, and green projects, targeting a Top 3 position among large construction companies in Vietnam. CTR plans to pay a cash dividend of 21.5% for 2024. CEO Pham Dinh Truong stated that Starlink’s involvement will control costs and Internet service quality, while Viettel maintains a 95% coverage. Chairman Do Manh Hung emphasized opportunities to participate in key projects such as airports and high-speed rail, aiming for a profit target of around 1,000 billion VND.
