The minutes of the meeting and resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) for 2025 of Nam Song Hau Seed Joint Stock Company (NSC) were approved. During the meeting, shareholders discussed and decided on many crucial issues concerning the company’s operations in the coming year. One of the key points was the production and business plan for 2025, in which NSC plans to expand its scale and improve product quality. Additionally, issues regarding profit distribution, investment plans, and social activities were raised for shareholders’ opinions. The sustainable development strategy and climate change response were also highlighted in the resolution. Shareholders unanimously agreed with the decisions made and expressed support for the management in implementing the approved resolutions.
