David Geffen has countered Justin Sun’s claim regarding ownership of the sculpture titled ‘Le Nez,’ valued at 78 million USD. Geffen argues that Sun’s lawsuit was an attempt to misappropriate the artwork.
Geffen accuses Sun of unethical business practices and claims the lawsuit arose from failed art investments. Allegations of Sun’s fraudulent behavior have surfaced, especially concerning his dealings in the crypto market.
Sun’s lawyer insists that the former art adviser, Xiong, confessed to stealing the sculpture. He argues that Geffen incorrectly dismisses Xiong’s actions and that Sun remains in possession of the funds and artworks.
