PGV Company announces the record date (RD) for participating rights in the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM). According to the resolution of the Board of Directors (BOD), this date will be set and detailed information will be announced to shareholders. Shareholders need to register to attend the AGM within the stipulated time to be able to participate in important decisions of the company. Information regarding the location and timing of the AGM will be announced later. With this, PGV hopes to attract shareholders’ interest and participation in the company’s activities and strategic development.
