Vinapharm General Assembly: Accelerating the increase of ownership ratio at Sanofi Vietnam, profit plan for 2025 up 11%

At the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Vinapharm (DVN), Ms. Han Thi Khanh Vinh reported that the ownership ratio in Sanofi Vietnam is expected to increase from 15% to 30% in Q2 2025. Vinapharm plans to achieve revenue of 327 billion VND in 2025, up 4%, and pre-tax profit of 273 billion VND, an increase of 11% compared to 2024. In 2024, the revenue reached 5,812 billion VND, with a pre-tax profit of 509 billion VND, up 24% year-on-year. To ensure growth, DVN focuses on improving corporate governance, enhancing personnel capabilities, and expanding international partnerships. DVN has also signed a memorandum with Celltrion from South Korea in the biopharmaceutical field and plans to enhance international cooperation. The Drug Administration commits to support businesses by reducing administrative procedures to promote production and business activities.
