According to a report from Ho Chi Minh City’s People’s Committee, there are still 81,000 apartments from 335 projects awaiting pink books due to legal hurdles. However, the city has resolved the legal issues for approximately 70,675 apartments, achieving 87% of its goal. Novaland has committed to issuing pink books for nearly 7,000 households by the end of 2025, facilitated by legal clarity on its projects. Currently, various Novaland projects in Ho Chi Minh City, such as Sunrise Riverside, Kingston Residences, and Palm City, still lack pink books. The company has begun issuing pink books for some projects and plans to finalize necessary procedures this year. Other projects like Victoria Village and Lakeview City are also in the process of being cleared.
