At the 2025 AGM, Sunshine Group plans to announce several strategic initiatives, including ownership restructuring, M&A investments, acquiring SCG shares, and issuing new shares to gain full ownership of Sunshine Homes. Since early 2024, the group has actively undergone restructuring, merging subsidiaries, and enhancing M&A activities. Sunshine Group has acquired stakes in key real estate companies and now owns large-scale projects valued in billions of dollars. The revenue target for 2025 is set at 50 to 60 trillion VND, with an estimated total revenue of 200 trillion VND in 2025-2026. The low-rise product segment is expected to comprise about 60% of this revenue, with delivery scheduled between June and September 2025. In addition to real estate, the group is expanding into technology and healthcare, having implemented an AI management system and begun construction of an international hospital at Noble Palace Tay Thang Long.
