Vinhomes Q1 Revenue Estimated at 35 Trillion VND Mainly from Dan Phuong Project; Cang Gio Mega Project to Contribute in the Next 3 Years

At the General Meeting, Vinhomes aimed for 2025 revenue of 180 trillion VND and 42 trillion VND in profit. Q1 2025 sales are projected at 35 trillion VND, chiefly from the Dan Phuong project. The company heavily invests in technology and develops large projects in Hanoi, HCM City, Haiphong, and Long An, integrating ESG criteria. New projects like Vinhomes Wonder City in Hanoi show strong appeal, selling 92% of units in 4 days. Vinhomes also focuses on the Vinhomes Green Paradise project in Cang Gio, which will roll out in phases over three years, covering 2,870 ha with an expected population of 230,000. Total revenue for 2025 is projected to be 150-200 trillion VND, largely from real estate transactions not yet recognized from previous years.
