The Board of Directors (BOD) of VLP Company has approved a resolution to organize the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM). The meeting is scheduled to take place in April 2025. The purpose of the AGM is to report on the business results of 2024, outline development direction for 2025, assess financial situation, and approve the reports of the Management Board and other reports within the AGM’s authority. The BOD also appointed individuals and departments responsible for organizing the meeting to ensure all preparations are carried out on schedule and effectively.
