TSC has decided to appoint Ms. Can Thi Bich as an Independent Member of the Board of Directors starting from April 16, 2025. This decision aims to enhance the independence and sustainable development of the company. Ms. Bich has extensive experience in management and finance and is expected to bring new ideas and strategies to the Board.
