On April 25, FPT Digital Retail held its annual general meeting for 2025, targeting a 20% revenue growth. FPT Long Chau recently completed selling 10% shares to Creador, a Malaysian investment fund, marking their 59th investment since its inception. Creador focuses on investing in promising sectors in Vietnam, having committed to investing $100 million. Long Chau has dramatically expanded from 4 stores in 2017 to 2,000 stores, recording a 59% revenue increase last year, reaching 25.32 trillion VND. FPT Retail is expected to open 400 more pharmacies annually to dominate the market. Creador hopes that collaborating with Long Chau will leverage strengths in the pharmaceutical market, asserting similarities between Vietnam and other developing countries.
