Belarus president signs decree to support free circulation of crypto
President Alexander Lukashenko signed a decree affirming Belarus’ official support for the free circulation of cryptocurrencies in the country.
This decree provides a sufficient legal basis for the establishment of a register of cryptocurrency wallet addresses and for the management of the circulation of crypto.
