On October 15, 2023, Saigon Accounting Joint Stock Company (KST) received the resignation letter from Chairman Tô Hoài Văn. In his letter, Văn cited personal reasons and pledged to assist the company during the transition. KST’s Board of Directors will meet soon to confirm and find a replacement. Tô Hoài Văn has made significant contributions to the company’s development over the years, particularly in enhancing governance effectiveness and strategic direction. His departure leaves a big gap in leadership, and the company promises to maintain stability and continue its development.
