The 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Digiworld Corporation (DGW) approved a record revenue target of 25.45 trillion VND and a profit of 523 billion VND. In Q1 2025, Digiworld recorded a revenue of 5.294 trillion VND, a 6% increase year-on-year. The company will start distributing household products from the Cuckoo brand, with a focus on higher-margin items. Mr. Doan Hong Viet, Chairman of the Board, stated that financial stability and flexibility will help Digiworld thrive despite market fluctuations. The current debt-to-equity ratio is 1.5 times, but after deducting cash, the ratio drops to 50%. He emphasized that growth will come from adding new products and partners, while Digiworld has improved profit margins due to product mix. Regarding the drop in phone revenues in Q1, he attributed it to a high comparison base and the influence of Tet. Digiworld expects to accelerate in 2025 despite demand challenges.
