At the 2025 Annual General Meeting of the C.TCP Investment Hai Phat (HPX), company leaders announced the resolution of bond debts and increased shareholding to restructure. HPX has settled 300 billion VND in bond debts and plans to buy back an additional 30 billion VND, reducing debts to 500 billion VND. Additionally, the company will not distribute dividends for 2024 to enhance investment capacity for projects.During the Annual General Meeting of the Van Phu – Invest Company (VPI), the enterprise plans not to distribute dividends in 2024 to facilitate land expansion and aims for revenues of 2,450 billion VND and profits of 350 billion VND. The DIC Corporation (DIG) plans to borrow 2,223 billion VND for investments in large projects and intends to issue 186.6 million shares to raise capital.Finally, Novaland announced two business plans with projected revenues ranging from 10,453 – 13,411 billion VND but forecasts losses due to legal issues. Novaland also adjusted its stock issuance plans and restructured its international convertible bond package.
