Rewards are determined by violation severity, with cases classified from low to high. Whistleblowers can earn up to 100,000 ARB tokens for severe cases, while lower severity submissions receive lesser amounts.
The program emphasizes confidentiality, using the GlobaLeaks platform for secure reporting. The initiative is set to launch by the end of May, subject to on-chain voting results.
