In 2025, many enterprises plan to increase their charter capital by issuing shares. At DIC Corp (MCK: DIG), shareholders approved the plan to issue nearly 36.6 million shares, expected to raise its charter capital from 6,098.5 billion VND to 7,964.4 billion VND. Gelex Electric (MCK: GEE) also plans to issue 61 million shares, increasing its charter capital from 3,050 billion VND to 3,660 billion VND. Viconship (MCK: VSC) plans to issue nearly 22.5 million shares, raising its charter capital from 2,995 billion VND to 3,219.6 billion VND. All these issuances will be funded from retained earnings of 2024, aiming to enhance the scale and financial capacity of these enterprises.
