Digiworld Corporation (stock code: DGW) has announced its resolution regarding dividend payment for 2024, setting a rate of 5%, meaning shareholders will receive 500 VND per share. The cutoff date for entitlement is May 26, 2025, with payment on June 4, 2025. With over 219.3 million shares outstanding, Digiworld expects to disburse nearly 110 billion VND for this dividend payout. According to the Q1 2025 financial report, Digiworld recorded a revenue of 5,519.3 billion VND, up 10.7% year-on-year, with gross profit reaching 480.7 billion VND, a 23.9% increase. Financial revenues surged by 113.8% to 51.3 billion VND. The net profit was approximately 106.4 billion VND, up 14.2%. The company targets a post-tax profit of 523 billion VND for 2025, achieving 20.3% of this goal so far. Total assets as of March 31, 2025, decreased by 7.8% to 7,840.2 billion VND, with cash and equivalents at 1,294.6 billion VND. Total liabilities were over 4,724 billion VND, down 13.9% from the beginning of the year.
